    Vice President, Client Growth

    The Opportunity

    PHALANX8 is expanding its client growth engine to support life sciences organizations under regulatory pressure, with operational complexity, and facing accelerating change. The Vice President, Client Growth, is a senior commercial leader responsible for expanding strategic accounts, originating new work, and driving revenue growth across PHALANX8’s consulting services portfolio.

    This role sits close to executive stakeholders and complex buying centers. You will partner with practice and delivery leaders to shape pursuits, scope multi-workstream engagements, and build long-term client relationships that translate into repeatable, defensible outcomes.

    The opportunity combines account ownership, business development, and market expansion within a platform built for credibility, discipline, and sustained performance.

    Responsibilities

    Strategic Growth and Revenue Ownership

    Own a multi-year growth plan across assigned accounts and priority segments. Drive consistent year-over-year revenue growth through disciplined account planning, pipeline development, and pursuit execution. Identify whitespace opportunities across development, clinical, regulatory, quality, commercialization, and technology-enabled transformation.

    Executive Client Engagement

    Build and maintain relationships with C-suite and senior leaders across pharma, biotech, and medtech. Operate as a trusted advisor by translating client priorities into actionable engagement strategies. Lead executive discussions, proposal development, and contract negotiations with clarity and precision.

    Business Development and Deal Execution

    Originate, qualify, and close complex consulting engagements. Shape and scope multi-stakeholder programs spanning strategy, operations, data and analytics, technology, and transformation. Drive cross-sell and expansion by positioning integrated PHALANX8 solutions. Maintain forecasting accuracy and CRM discipline.

    Market and Industry Leadership

    Stay current on life sciences trends and shifts, including regulatory expectations, clinical innovation, commercialization models, pricing and access dynamics, and the evolution of digital health. Represent PHALANX8 in market-facing forums and contribute to thought leadership that enhances credibility and drives demand.

    Internal Leadership and Collaboration

    Partner with practice leaders to align growth strategy with delivery capacity and capability evolution. Collaborate with marketing to execute targeted campaigns and reinforce consistent positioning. Mentor client partners and business development leaders, and provide structured feedback that improves pursuit quality and repeatability.

    You are a senior commercial leader with a track record of selling consultative, high-complexity work into life sciences organizations. You are comfortable with executive stakeholders and can navigate cross-functional buying centers with discipline and credibility.

    You bring strong account management and business development capability, with the ability to shape large programs, run a clean pipeline, and drive growth without compromising delivery standards. You understand the life sciences value chain and the realities of regulated execution, including the role of quality and compliance in enterprise decision-making.

    You are data-informed, commercially disciplined, and collaborative, with the resilience and judgment to operate in fast-moving, high-accountability environments.
