PHALANX8 is scaling a market presence that matches the seriousness of the work. The Marketing & Business Development Director will build the systems, content, and commercial rhythm that convert credibility into qualified demand across life sciences quality and regulatory priorities.
This role owns how PHALANX8 shows up. Messaging. Website. Campaigns. Pursuit support. Lead flow. The objective is disciplined growth, not volume marketing. The work requires strong judgment, high editorial standards, and the ability to translate complex compliance offerings into clear, executive-ready narratives that earn attention and drive action.
The opportunity combines brand leadership, demand generation, and commercial enablement within a platform built for high-scrutiny environments.
Responsibilities
Brand Strategy and Market Positioning
Define and run PHALANX8’s marketing strategy to strengthen awareness and sharpen differentiation. Maintain a consistent value proposition across sectors, service areas, and buyer personas. Set standards for tone, quality, and narrative coherence across all external materials.
Demand Generation and Campaign Delivery
Build and execute multi-channel programs that generate qualified leads and support priority pursuits, including content, email, digital, webinars, events, partnerships, and selective PR. Own the editorial calendar and publish perspectives that reflect current regulatory pressure, enforcement trends, and client realities. Track performance and improve outcomes through KPI-based optimization.
Pursuit Enablement and Client Development Support
Partner with practice leaders to support account planning and pursuit execution. Develop the materials that move buyers, including capability narratives, service briefs, case examples, slideware, and proposal content. Establish a repeatable workflow for lead qualification, handoff, and follow-through.
Website and Digital Platform Ownership
Own the PHALANX8 website as a commercial asset, including landing pages, conversion paths, SEO fundamentals, and performance reporting. WordPress and Elementor experience are strong pluses, including page build and maintenance, layout and template hygiene, and ongoing content updates without dependency on external resources.
Commercial Operations and Measurement Discipline
Maintain CRM hygiene and reporting that leadership can trust. Support lead nurturing workflows and basic marketing operations, including analytics tagging, attribution, and conversion measurement. Establish a cadence for pipeline visibility and campaign performance that supports decisive action.
Partner and Vendor Management
Coordinate with external designers, writers, and vendors when needed. Set clear briefs, standards, and timelines, and hold quality and responsiveness expectations.
You
You are a commercially oriented marketing leader with a record of building demand for professional services or consulting offerings. You write well, think in systems, and operate with discipline. You can translate complex services into clear market narratives without oversimplifying the work.
You are comfortable working with senior stakeholders and can support pursuits with materials that reflect executive expectations. Experience in life sciences, regulated environments, or compliance-led consulting is a strong plus.
You bring practical command of digital channels and measurement. WordPress and Elementor experience are preferred, along with familiarity with SEO, analytics, and CRM-driven workflows.
