    Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

    The Opportunity

    PHALANX8 is building a scalable commercial engine to match the realities of high-scrutiny life sciences work. The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will lead enterprise growth across business development, strategic accounts, partnerships, and market positioning, with ownership of pipeline quality, forecast discipline, and revenue performance.

    This role sits where commercial commitments meet delivery credibility. The CRO will shape how PHALANX8 originates and expands client relationships across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and emerging health organizations, while partnering with practice leadership so pursuits convert into work that holds up under scrutiny.

    The opportunity combines executive leadership, client development, and commercial operating model design within a growing Quality and Compliance platform.

    Responsibilities
    Enterprise Growth Strategy and Market Expansion
    • Define and execute a multi-year growth strategy aligned to PHALANX8 priorities and platform direction
    • Build a focused market thesis by sector, problem type, and buyer persona
    • Identify adjacencies that fit PHALANX8 standards for rigor and delivery
    Executive Client Development and Strategic Accounts
    • Build senior relationships across quality, regulatory, legal, clinical, operations, and technology leadership
    • Lead pursuit strategy for large, complex engagements and serve as executive sponsor for priority accounts
    • Establish account planning and governance that drives expansion through measurable value and repeatable outcomes
    Go-to-Market Architecture and Offering Commercialization
    • Translate PHALANX8 service capabilities into clear commercial motions, including inspection readiness, audit defense, remediation, supplier oversight, digital compliance, and quality system modernization
    • Drive integrated positioning across practices so clients experience one firm, not disconnected offerings
    Partnerships and Ecosystem Development
    • Develop alliances with technology firms and ecosystem partners that expand reach in regulated environments
    • Build partnership models that support qualified opportunity flow, coherent delivery, and shared accountability
    Growth Operations and Commercial Discipline
    • Implement the operating cadence for pipeline management, forecasting, and performance review
    • Drive CRM discipline and opportunity hygiene
    • Partner with finance on pricing strategy and margin management
    • Improve win rates, deal velocity, and contract value through repeatable commercial playbooks and structured qualification
    People and Leadership
    • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing commercial organization
    • Set standards for accountability, collaboration, and follow-through
    • Align commercial and delivery leaders around commitments, resourcing realities, and execution expectations
    Thought Leadership and Market Presence
    • Strengthen market presence through disciplined thought leadership tied to regulatory pressure, enforcement trends, and emerging compliance expectations
    • Convert market insight into targeted campaigns, priority pursuits, and new growth pathways

    You are a senior commercial leader with a strong record of scaling growth in consultative, high-stakes environments. You understand how life sciences buying decisions are shaped by risk, inspection pressure, and cross-functional accountability.

    You bring deep experience across business development, strategic accounts, partnerships, and revenue operations, with disciplined command of pipeline mechanics and forecasting. You operate comfortably with executive teams and boards, and you can translate complex offerings into clear positioning and decisive client action.

    You have built and led teams, established repeatable go-to-market motions, and driven growth without diluting delivery standards. Experience in high-growth or investor-backed services environments is a plus.
